It is with great pride that we highlight the participation of Master Ricardo Machado, from the Integrated Master's in Micro and Nanotechnologies Engineering at NOVA FCT, in ISCAS 2025 – IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, held in London. ISCAS is the flagship conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society and one of the most prestigious international forums in the field of integrated circuits and systems.
The paper entitled "Analysis and Design of ULV DIGOTAs in 16 nm CMOS FinFET", presented by Ricardo Machado, is the result of the work developed during his master’s thesis, under the supervision of Professors Luís Augusto Bica Gomes de Oliveira (DEEC at NOVA FCT) and Pedro Toledo (Synopsys), and co-supervision of Professor Paolo Crovetti (Politecnico di Torino).
This recognition reflects both the academic excellence of the student and the outstanding guidance provided by his supervisors.
