We are pleased to announce that all three study cycles offered by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (DEEC) at NOVA FCT — two Bachelor's degrees, three Master's degrees, and one Doctoral program — have been accredited by the Agency for Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education (A3ES) for an additional period of six years.
This result reflects our ongoing commitment to quality education, pedagogical innovation, and scientific excellence. It also acknowledges the relevance of the programs offered by DEEC in preparing highly qualified professionals in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

The renewal of accreditation by A3ES is a significant recognition of the work carried out by the entire DEEC academic community and reinforces NOVA FCT’s standing as a leading institution in higher education in engineering.
